Our Team

For more than 19 years, our company and employees have been delivering on our promise to provide effective solutions to your water challenges and projects.  By staying a "small family business" we can do our best to be attentive to your needs and find a solution.  We attempt to treat our customers as we would want to be treated, and our most effective advertising to date, is word of mouth and referrals.

We have two generations of Well Drillers on staff, licensed in both Vermont and New Hampshire, and have invested in our employees to be trained as much as possible, to meet the ever changing demands of service calls which arise.  Our service crew have the tools, training, materials and time to assist you.

GWDI's core purpose is to assist our community members with solving their water related challenges; we do this with specialized technicians, licensed operators, quality materials with exceptional warranty offerings, and the ability to network to get you a solution.    Simply put, we treat you the way we would like to be treated.

Our staff know that water is most important when you find yourself without it!.

We  work with our clients to service their needs and inform them.  Please see our informational flyers on the Helpful Info page.  You should be able to print off in the PDF file format.

Please know how appreciative we are for your prompt and professional services.  It was so cold out that day, but your guys just worked through it.  Living in small communities brings out the caring and helpfulness of people.  We certainly feel fortunate.  Thank you so much.
